Hello Girls....

I am back with another favorites video. Apa saja produk kesukaan aku bulan February kemarin? First, aku punya Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water yang merupakan dupe dari Bioderma. Produk satu ini efektif membersihkan makeup, nggak meninggalkan rasa lengket dan juga harganya bersahabat. Ada juga facial wash kesukaan aku, masih dari drugstore, Koukutousei Pore Cleansing Black Face Wash. Face wash ini recommended banget untuk jenis kulit berminyak dan berpori-pori.

Ada juga produk hair care dari Ma Cherie yang setelah rutin aku gunakan 6 bulan terakhir berhasil mengembalikan kelembabam rambut aku. Tentu #JeanMilkaFaves nggak akan lengkap kalau belum ada yang namanya makeup. Pertama aku punya Juvia's Masquerade Eyeshadow Palette yang pigmentasinya ngalahin eyeshadow palette high end, dengan harga yang masih bersahabat. Dan juga my favorite YSL lipstick yang jadi satu-satunya lipstick yang menemani aku di musim dingin China.

Hello Lovelies....

Initially, I was lazy to blog about my favorite products. This time, I had so much fun writing this article. It's so nice to find new beauty products that works on me. Furthermore, since I need to come up with different products every month, I push myself to sample and fool 'round with more products; which is in long run, turned out to be such an exiting routine.

For August I have some new favorite makeup must-haves to share with you. I do realize that most can be categorized as high end brands - this was purely unintentional. Thing is, the items on here are the ones I mainly used throughout August. Rest assured, I'll be writing about drugstore products on next month's favorites.  Curious?? Here they are ... ^^

Malu banget baru sempat blog tentang July Favorites-ku. Tapi yah apalah artinya bulan July tanpa adanya produk-produk kesukaan dari Jean Milka #LOL... Belakangan ini aku sibuk banget kesana kesini. Akhirnya setelah sekian minggu tidak menulis, terlampiaskan juga rasa kangen ini. Pengen banget bisa sering nulis dan bahas produk baru yang lagi in. Tapi booo ya olooo... siapa yah yang kuat ngikutin semua produk baru dari beauty brand yang seabrek itu? Otak aja tak kuat, kantong? apa lagiiii hahaha...

July Favorites aku sebenarnya sudah aku share ke youtube aku beberapa minggu lalu. Karena aku masih menyesuaikan untuk lebih sering lagi buat video, baby aku yang satu ini a.k.a www.jeanmilka.com, agak sedikit terlantar. Tidak terasa kita sudah masuk ke bulan Mey yang artinya tahun 2016 sudah berlalu hampir setengah tahun. Banyak banget target yang belum aku capai di tahun ini. Kalau ngomongin target, waktu rasanya nggak pernah cukup. At least, salah satu targetku tahun ini adalah untuk bikin lebih banyak lagi tulisan dan video untuk kalian semua #FingersCrossed ^^.

Di bulan April ini aku akan mulai dengan sharing produk-produk apa saja yang aku sukai selama bulan ini. Pengen sih buat video ini lebih rutin lagi tapi karena aku belum yakin bisa rutin bikin video favorite setiap bulannya sebaiknya aku tidak berjanji dulu (takut di tagih wkwkwk...).

Soft Hands Kind Heart with The Body Shop

A couple of weeks ago I was invited the product launch event of Soft Hands Kind Heart with The Body Shop Indonesia. This is not the first time The Body Shop held an event in order to give back to the community with their Soft Hands Kind Heart program. If you don't know, Soft Hands Kind Heart is a program where The Body Shop donate a portion of the profit they earned from sales to charity. Every year, The Body Shop around the world will choose which charity program they plan to support with this program.

This year, The Body Shop Indonesia will once again support human rights champaign via Omah Munir. Omah Munir is running a specific program for the purpose of educating children about the need to recognize and appreciate human rights from and early age. With every purchase of Soft Hands Kind Heart, The Body Shop Indonesia will donate a sum of IDR 5.000 for the Omah Munir program. In addition to this charity program, I want to share my thoughts on the Soft Hands Kind Heart product since I really love it.

Too Cool For School Glam Rock Extreme Color Eyes Eyeliner | Review and Swatches

Kamu mungkin sudah tahu dari postingan aku di Instagram atau di event report ku mengenai Too Cool For School x Cleo Beauty Talk. Nah di acara tersebut aku bukan hanya berkesempatan untuk membawakan beauty talk tetapi juga membawa pulang beberapa produk Too Cool For School. Salah satunya adalah eyeliner dengan kemasan yang sangat nggak umum ini. 

Extreme Color Eyes Eyeliner ini adalah dari seri Glam Rock. Glam Rock itu adalah rangkaian makeup dari Too Cool For School yang temanya itu agak horror. Jadi produknya itu di dominasi warna-warna gelap, dan packaging nya juga berwarna hitam dengan icon burung hantu. Selama pengenalan aku akan produk makeup, Too Cool For School adalah salah satu brand yang selalu hadir dengan produk-produk berkemasan unik.

Review : Top 5 Canmake Products

Like I promise you, I want to have more thematic article on my blog #LifeGoals ^^. The first conceptual article for this month is my most favorite product from Canmake that I've tried so far. Have you ever try Canmake? Canmake is a Japanese makeup brand targeted for young girls who love sweet and cute style. Most of the products are meant to give you that "girl next door" look. Natural and fresh look fitting for everyday makeup and in various occasion. One thing about Canmake, it's classified as drugstore makeup. The price range is affordable enough, especially for both college and high school girls. 

Canmake just enter Indonesian market at the end of last year. I first time found Canmake at Watson Plaza Indonesia. I saw a white shelf (typical Watson shelf) labeled "Canmake" from a far, just a couple of seconds before Watson closed, and I literally running to it. I was so overwhelming to found a small section of pink, cute, adorable makeup "candies". I even Tweet about it ^^. Even though Canmake originated from Japan, the selling price here in Indonesia is not that different. I bought most of my Canmake makeup at Hongkong and Singapore, and if my memory serves me right, some of the products are even cheaper here in Indonesia. The price range is start from 88.000 - 268.000 IDR.

Review and Swatch Clio Kill Black Waterproof Eyeliner

Today I want to review one of my favorite brush tip eyeliner which is Clio Kill Black. I got mine from Sasa *a drugstore that sells mostly asian beauty product* at Plaza Singapore. I can't remember exactly how much it was, but it's about 12 SGD (about 120.000 IDR).

I am not sure if they sell it separately, but mine comes with the free O'Tank Mascara in a box. This is the first Clio product that I have ever tried. If you don't know, Clio is a brand from Korea with a huge makeup collection to choose. I never heard skincare product from this particular brand before.

Another lip product review is here. Finally have time to blogging again after suffer from slow internet connection and my freelance job here and there. Today I want to share to you one of my most favorite lip product. This is the first lip product I got from YSL, and the beginning of my new obsession of YSL lip product.

YSL lip product is definitely on the pricey side, but it worth the price I can tell. My first YSL Lip product is Rouge Volupte Shine in Pink in Paris number 13. I got mine from SOGO, Mall Plaza Senayan for about 225.000 IDR which is 50% off from the normal prize (original price is about 450.000). There was a promotion going on that time, and I am glad to splurged myself on this lipstick.

Somehow, I’ve managed to find the time to blog about my favorite beauty products of 2014. I’m always looking forward to (with great anticipation if I might add) other people’s take on the above topic; be it the articles they publish on their blogs or the YouTube videos they upload. Indulging yourself in other people’s “list of favorite items” is indeed a fun and insightful thing to do. To be honest with you, I’d usually end up sampling the products they feature. Now, in light of the fact that I really love to stick my nose in other people’s list of favorite items, I thought that coming up with my very own list of favorite items would pose quite a challenge. Now that it’s finished, I’d like to share with you my list of favorite beauty products of 2014. I hope you all like it... ^^

First things first, I want to talk about one of the most common albeit frightening facial skin problem: enlarged pores. As you all know, pores enlarge when they become clogged with dirt, oil or bacteria causing them to inflame. I got dozens of these sizable, spiteful pores scattered across my cheeks. Now thing is about enlarged pores is that (under normal circumstances that is) it’s extremely difficult to be rid of them. Since there’s no permanent way to shrink or minimize your pores, your best bet would be to employ a certain “miracle product” that could help you cloak these satanic critters and get you back on the smooth skin track.
